Tadom
Hill which is located at Banting, Selangor is an impeccable model of an
ecotourism dreamland. This alluring lake spot was named after a chief who
brought the Orang Asli temuan from Sungai Langat to Kampung Bukit Tadom. Before being
established as a tourist spot, it was an unfertile land that is incapable for
any agricultural practices as it was a hole from the leftover of the mining of
sand and hills of limestone that was excavated partially. Lately, it was transformed
into an eye-catching lake that is eco-friendly with wide array of activities
that never fail to impress the visitors. The unique aspect of Tadom Hill is the
perfect incorporation of the bamboo ethos and the amalgamation of the
indigenous people.
Done
for the history part and let’s move to the fun part.
Basically, the prominent area is the Tadom Groove which can be explored using
the day pass that offers many breathtaking activities such as bamboo diving,
bamboo raft, bamboo water swings, Tarzan swings and also the floating bamboo
lounging chair.
